Barrel 08K11-765 was barreled on November 11th 2008 and bottled in the winter of 2020. Yes, making it a bit older than 9 year old whisky. The single barrel is 103 proof, 84% Corn, 8% Rye, 8% Malted Barley. They go through our signature chilled charcoal mellow process known as the Lincoln County Process. These barrels were aged in our new white oak barrels that are charred to #4 on the barrels and #2 on the heads.
